Toronto’s first Avant Garde Ball for Black History Month presented by Dance Arts Network Canada and Artxperiential Projects in partnership with TD Bank, will tantalize your curiosity with creative, original and spirited reflections of black art and culture.

This event will be a diverse and all-inclusive community driven production, and will provide access to Canada’s versatile arts community in a raw and inceptive form. This one-of-a-kind soirée to provide opportunities for experimental and creative black art, music and fashion with cultural infusions, to be showcased and recognized by all communities.

While we salute expression and innovation in the arts, the event will be a platform for exposing an amazing array of cultural creations via performances, music, showcases, and dance from Canadian and international talents.

Join us for a spectacular and unforgettable avant garde arts and cultural event paying homage to Canada’s 150th birthday celebrations for Black History Month 2017.

This is an experimental event produced by Shawn Cuffie. Presented by TD Bank, Dance Arts Network Canada and Artxperiential Projects, in support of Black Coalition for Aids Prevention.
