Love at First Sight – Alanna & Jimmy

What can we say about Alanna & Jimmy? It was love at first sight. This wonderful couple had their eyes on us since our Heritage Opening last September. When they experienced our beautifully restored building and Bisous Events’ masterful wedding presentation, they decided then and there that was what they wanted.

It’s fitting that such a beautiful couple would come together with such a beautiful wedding. From start to finish the event was a reflection of what special people they are, and we were over the moon that they chose The Great Hall to host their big day.

By the time they came to us on April 14, they had already made their way through the city with the masterful Olive Photography, capturing magical moments in Brookfield Place’s famous soaring atrium and posing under the now iconic “YOU’VE CHANGED” sign just a few doors down from The Great Hall.

Then it was time for friends and family to gather in our classically styled Conversation Room for the ceremony. Full hearts and teary eyes were the rule as we watched this charming couple begin life together as husband and wife.

With the official business taken care of, things shifted to the Main Hall for dinner, dancing, and general merriment! Of course everybody loves love, but we all know great food keeps the guests happy. On that note the gastronomic geniuses from Citizen Catering did not disappoint, while the practiced bakers from Bobbette & Belle supplied a simply stunning cake. All the while exquisitely curated table settings provided by Plate Occasions and divinely unstructured flower arrangements by Hunt and Gather made the entire night burst with a kind of whimsical magic we could all only dream of.

From the smiles on the faces of every reveller we can safely say that the Bisous Events team should be proud of putting together such a gorgeous wedding, marking the beginning of a new chapter for this delightful couple.

Thank you Alanna & Jimmy!

We wish you all the love and you’ll stay in our hearts forever!
